We provide a comprehensive inspection report that includes notes and professional guidance on the following:

• Pool structure and filter pad (pump, filter, heater, etc.)
• Maintenance equipment and accessories
• Electrical overview: A visual check of electrical components related to the pool system. If major concerns are identified, we may recommend a follow-up inspection by a licensed electrician. 
• Proper operation of pool
• Plumbing and valves: Does not include pressure testing the lines. 
• Current status of pool: Includes a review of water clarity, chemistry, water level, and whether the pool is currently open or closed.
