The Chemical Fabrics and Film Association (CFFA) provides a self-certification program specifically for manufacturers producing vinyl film intended for in-ground swimming pool liners. This program ensures the material meets the CFFA’s established minimum performance guidelines, known as CFFA-P-101. Vinyl products that earn this certification have successfully undergone a series of rigorous tests outlined in the standard, which are considered essential for evaluating the durability and quality of in-ground pool liners with a thickness of 20 mil or more. The CFFA-P-101 mark helps the industry distinguish materials that comply with these high-performance benchmarks.
